This year, the Reunion will be in Houston, Texas (the Space City), scheduled for September 26–30. It will be at the Holiday Inn Intercontinental Airport in Houston (15222 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Houston, TX 77032).
Hotel reservation is currently available and you can book your hotel room using one of the following three options:
Scan the QR code with your smart device (phone, tablet, etc.)
Call the Holiday Inn Hotel reservations department at (800) 465-4329 and mention Group Block Name “RUAEA September 2026” and Group Block Code “RUA”.
The contract is for 2 persons per room and breakfast for 2, at $109.00 per room night plus tax. If other accommodations are needed, i.e. more per room or a Handicapped room, please identify those needs when making reservations. The rate is good from September 25th - October 1st, 2026.
The hotel provides free Airport transportation every 30 minutes. Hotel parking is free and with your Reunion Badge, a 15% discount is applied to meals at the Blue Dixie Restaurant, located in the hotel.
Please note that this is the Hotel Reservation and it does not include the Reunion Registration. Reunion Registration will be available in June 2026.
Please plan on joining us, RUPA Members, RUAEA Members, ARECA Members, along with members of Clipped Wings and RAFA; family and friends all are welcome. However, the first step is to register at the hotel, which helps us in our planning activities.
